Lotus Massage is owned and operated by Lorna Penner. She is a Registered Massage therapist, in good standing with her association CMMOTA. Her focus is on therapeutic relaxation massage. She believes in the restorative benefits of regular massage. She enjoys combining many different techniques into her treatments, such as Swedish relaxation, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, cupping and recently certified in hot stone. Using some or all of these techniques she is able to provide a relaxing yet therapeutic treatment every time. Lorna is very attentive and listens to clients individual needs and desired outcomes for each session, and will work with client(s) for their desired outcome.

When Lorna is not massaging she enjoys spending time with her family. She is a wife, mother, grandmother and also a fur mama to her dog and cat. She enjoys many different things, traveling, camping, gardening, learning, crafting and, cooking.
